The [Installing
Dependencies|https://github.com/apache/sqoop/blob/sqoop2/docs/src/site/sphinx/Installation.rst#installing-dependencies]
currently instructs people to insert additional dependencies to {{lib/}}
directory which is no longer entirely correct. User is suppose to configure
{{$SQOOP_SERVER_EXTRA_LIB}} variable before starting the server ([per our start
up
script|https://github.com/apache/sqoop/blob/sqoop2/dist/src/main/bin/sqoop.sh#L93]).
