We can ignore the test failure of
{{org.apache.sqoop.integration.server.ShowJobInOrderTest}} which will be fixed
in SQOOP-2715. Moreover, the v8 patch has passed the jenkins tests and v9 patch
only removes one unnecessary change in {{LinkRestTest}}.
