Description: As discussed in SQOOP-2634, we need to improve
ConnectorClassLoader to support loading classes which are from the dependencies
inside the connector jar. (was: As Sqoop 2 server will load all connectors
during start up, we need to provide classpath isolation for connectors at Sqoop
2 server.)
