Testing

Yes. Have run tests such as FromHDFSToHDFSTest, AppendModeTest agains a real
kerberos enabled sqoop cluster and kerberos enable hadoop cluster.
PS: Have not run tests related to hive such as FromRDBMSToKiteHiveTest agains
real kerberos enabled hadoop cluster because of issue SQOOP-2756.
