According to the latest documentation:
https://sqoop.apache.org/docs/1.4.6/SqoopUserGuide.html#_importing_data_into_hive_2
This function is incompatible with --as-avrodatafile and --as-sequencefile.
The import fails with the following exception:
ava.io.IOException: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException:
WritableName can't load class: QueryResult
