release manager, you should work with a PMC member to get the release. I can

It seems I really need your help/assistance. I've faced two issues I'm not
able to resolve on my side:
A. I'm not able to "RELEASE" the version 1.4.7 in JIRA, as it seems I do
not have the right level of privileges to do that. If my understanding is
correct I would need an admin access for the project to do this according

"Close JIRA version
You need to close the release in JIRA so that everyone knows that your
version should not be used as "fixVersion" for new bugs. Go to JIRA

list of all releases should appear, click on additional menu on the right
of your release and choose "Release" option. Submit release date and you're
done."
B. I'm still not able to commit anything to the dist.apache.org svn
repository with my Apache user (maugli). So it seems my access to this
repository is same as before when I wanted to commit my PGP keys. I think
this is also a privilege/access related issue, but I'm not sure as I've
never handled these SVN repos, only the git ones.
Could you please help me in solving these two issues?
