If you want an Apache-2.0 licensed Java OWL DL reasoner you may have to write one yourself. Pellet is AGPL-3, Hermit is LGPL-3, and JFact is LGPL (not sure about the version) also. The ELK reasoner is Apache-2.0 licensed, but it is specifically only an OWL EL reasoner. Cheers, Peter
