Hi,
IMHO, to be consistent with the rest of the sections, you should move the
documentation and development sections to the first level of the menu, so
they are equal to the other sections (like Downloads, Project...).

Apart from that, i think that the major issue with the web site is the
fixed position of the layout with the content-only scrolling, which is very
nasty with some low resolutions (and make also appear a nasty scroll bar in
the menu div).
Why we need this scroll stuff? I think we should remove it.
