By creating your own launcher, you should be able to disable the
security checks. Just exclude the security bundles. If this does not
work - it is a bug.

I would be happy enough to know which security checks are preventing the ontology manager from opening sockets or creating temporary files for multipart form data, and having those disabled to begin with. does it really have to be all or nothing?
