Hi Jairo, Based on the provided log I think that in this case the metaxa engine is causing the timeout. The metaxa engine holds a read lock on the ContentItem while it is processing the content and therefore block any other write level access. This would also explain while the Tika engine is still in "StatusInProgress" when the timeout occurs.
The "dbpspotlightannotate" is still in the "StatusSheduled" meaning that it was not yet called.
