Apparently, you are the first one who tries this kind of productive setup. I would assume that Stanbol is not completely ready to run on HTTPS because the internal link creation does not reflect any checks for the used protocol. So there may be (buggy) places where links are created in a more or less hard coded manner. I have not checked this in detail but that is what I would expect from my knowledge about the code base.
