JavaDoc tags are not supported since the Maven SCR Plugin 1.8.0

Hello

I've just found (one) cause why the JobManager was no longer working: The
SCR Plugin no longer supports javaDoc tags. Afaik in most places we are
using Annotations anyway, if you encounter a JavaDoc one, please change it.
