Hi Reto, those were autofixes which just added some missing license headers in *.java files or updating the license/THIRD-PARTY.properties.
Merging those changes should be possible without problems. I did not change any code. I have not finished to check the whole trunk for such things. So maybe we wait until the trunk is clean and then try to merge to the branch if there are no other changes.
