Deploying snapshot versions

Hello

I've just noticed that the latest version of
org.apache.stanbol.data.openlp.ner.en is 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT on
repository.apache.org while the version in trunk is 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT

Any idea why this hasn't been deployed by jenkins?
