In the meantime Andreas sent me a log file of a failed Stanbol build.
Based on the analysis I created STANBOL-1111 [1].

With revision 1532653 [2] I committed changes that ensure that all
File IO required by the FST linking engine is done within
AccessController.doPrivileged(..).

@Andreas: can you please verify that this fixes the
AccessControlException on your environment. I can not test it as both
my build platform as well as the Jenkins builds are not affected by
this. If [2] solves this issue for you feel free to mark [1] as
resolved.
