Hi Morad I've never used the Sentiment WordClassifier Engine.
To use it I think you should first create an Enhancement chain containing this engine. Once you have this you should connect your website to the stanbol enhancer HTTP interface. No need to program Java for that, you can use PHP, Javascript or whatever you'd like.
