Hi Johannes,

You can start Stanbol in debug mode and start debugging as a Remote
Application in Eclipse.

To Start Stanbol in debug mode:
eg:
java -Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,address=8787,server=y,suspend=n
-Xmx1g -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -jar
org.apache.stanbol.launchers.full-0.10.0-SNAPSHOT.jar -p 8080


Now in Eclipse
Debug Configurations > New Remote Java Application
Host: localhost
Port: 8787
