if you check the "Bundles" on the admin console
[stanbol-host]/system/console
can you see a bundle "Apache Stanbol Ontology Manager : Services API"
(org.apache.stanbol.ontologymanager.servicesapi)
?
If so, what state is it in?

Reasoners need Ontonet module installed, so i think this error is related
because ontologymenager has some problem.
I have installed stanbol engine at
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/stanbol/branches/release-0.12/
because trunk version has problems with integration tests.
If i miss something elementary please point me the right way :)
