Hey,

as far as I can tell, it should not be necessary to create/active a bundle
as long as I am working with a Managed Site. But for the sake of testing, I
also added a full local index from my RDF source, created and activated the
bundle, and made sure the EntityHub Site worked. Then, I configured an
EntityHub enhancer for this ... and sure enough, same problem: The enhancer
is displayed as "not available" without any hint on a cause.
