Hi Luigi, AFAIK there is no configuration file to configure enhancement-chains. Generally we configure the enhancement chains using the Felix console.
Can you please explain your usecase here to get a better understanding of your requirement? Why do you need to have a pre-configured default-chain prior to Stanbol startup?
