Hi Minto, the Factstore is an obsolete component in Stanbol. Meanwhile it is only available in the contrib in the 0.12 branch, as Sergio correctly said. Thanks for pointing us to this open issue on the website. We should remove it there.
There are no plans to maintain this component anymore - at least not from the current developers. I was once the original author of the Factstore but it never came out of a proof of concept status. Today, I would suggest to have a look at Apache Marmotta if you are looking for functionality that was once planned for a Factstore.
