It would be convenient to have something like ContentHub/CMS adaptor.
 Right now, I'm looking using Stanbol as a front-end to Oracle WebCenter
Content.  Process expected is submit content, return annotations, keywords,
links, etc.  group/fill-in metadata then check-in.  The REST interface
helps nicely.
LDP would come in if the submitted content had a basic context then linking
could be directed to appropriate sources. I'm thinking more along the lines
of projects with multiple contributors/members.  As a bonus, if done right
a project could generate it's own taxonomy.
I think a big challenge is to make it easy for annotating content going
into a cms.  CMIS interface aside there will always be adjustments needed
checking in content.  For instance, Oracle prefers their RIDC.
