Hi Saurabh, I created a pull request [1] including the bundle.
Please Note that Xuggler is LGPL. That means that both the bundle and the converter engine you will build on top will not be able to be contributed to Apache Stanbol (as LGPL is not compatible with the Apache License). This will not affect the Speech to text Enhancement Engine based on Sphinx.
