INFRA has informed me that notifications go to issues@steve.a.o. , which
forwards to 8 participants. But issues@steve.a.o. is not referenced in
http://steve.apache.org/support.html

What shall we opt for:

   1. have notifications go to dev@steve.a.o. (this would require a
   notification to INFRA from the PMC)
   2. have subscription (and howto) to issues@steve.a.o referenced on
   http://steve.apache.org/support.html
