Hi Jim,

I'd like to contribute to STEVE-5 for a start, then help validate some
of the patches attached to other issues.

In regards to STEVE-5, here's a brief idea of what we could include (A
mix from a few other apache projects, pretty generic):
Subscribe to the mailing lists,
Forms of contribution (documentation, code, question-answering etc)
Check the issue tracker for things to work on,
A mention of meritocracy,
(Potentially) links to committer resources provided by the ASF
(Potentially) links to the use of the infra CMS for contributing to
documentation, as I saw that STeVe's using it
