I posed this on Slack, and bring it here (slightly edited), in reference to
the "v3" code that I've been drafting up.

QUESTION:

I have been using Participant, Voter, Voter of Record, the table RECORD ...
kind of interchangeably, with a leaning towards Participant.

I kind of wanted to avoid the term "voter" because "vote" and "
vote.apache.org" and "vo...@apache.org" are littered throughout. It felt
like "Participant" is better to refer to the human within this system, and
avoid both the verb "vote" and the noun "vote" entirely (and words based on
that stem).

If there is some general agreement with the term Participant, then I wanna
whack/re-align the code I've been drafting up to align with that specific
term.

Thoughts?

(Participant is a bit long; suggestions for a shorter form would be
fabulous)
("Person"?)

Thanks!
