Hi, Since STeVe v3 is full functional and has been used for this year's member meeting vote, I'd like to remove all the old code and files to keep the latest version of our codebase clear.
That is, I'll remove `pysteve` and even earlier code under `www`, `stv_background`, etc. To keep the old version easy to find, I'll tag the current commit [1] as "v2".
