I would love to see this resolved. Unfortunately, in my experience it's not as
simple as it would seem. I can't remember exactly what the issues were (likely
blocked from memory ;) ), but I was unable to get it to work even resorting to
cygwin.
The only thing that worked was the storm.cmd script originally provided by
[~davidlao], hence its presence.
If we can get storm.py to work on Windows without cygwin, I'd be all for it.
