The Apache Storm team is pleased to announce the first release candidate for the future Apache Storm version 0.9.3.
Please note that this is not yet the final 0.9.3 release, and should not be
considered production-ready. We would appreciate any testing and user feedback.
Please report any problems you encounter [1][2]. Please see the change log [3]
for what’s new in this release.
Since this is not an official release, maven dependencies will NOT be available
in maven central, but are included in the binary distribution. To make the
dependencies available to maven, use the following command:
`mvn install:install-file -Dfile=<path-to-file>`
