In 0.9.3-rc1 cluster, I can see failing tuples.
I can see many scenarios have failed tuples.
1. 1 worker, 1 spout, 1 bolt
2. 3 workers (1 each 3 machines)
2.a 1 spout, 3 bolts (1 worker has 1 spout and 1 bolt, 2 workers only have 1
bolt.)
2.b 1 spout, 2 bolts (each worker has 1 spout or bolt.)
