[~caofangkun] https://github.com/apache/storm/pull/354 implementes Nimbus HA.
It is still being reviewed and as part of Nimbus HA we use zookeeper for
locking, the lock informatio already has the nimbus host/port info. This change
will just be duplicate information if Nimbus HA PR gets pulled in.
