1) Add jdk and jres bin and libs dirs to lib path
2) Rename "ui" service to "storm ui"

@echo ^<name^>storm_%storm-command%^</name^>
3) temp.txt should be in TEMP folder . This could create an issue if a user
doesn't have permissions to a dir.
set CMD_TEMP_FILE=%temp%\temp.txt
