When we're trying to upload first Topology with this API, I'm afraid we
can't get antiForgery since no topology is submitted.
(Actually I'm confused about antiForgery. Does Storm allow getting
antiForgery from Topology A and use it with Topology B?)
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
