Just to make sure I follow, are you saying 'null' is a valid value for a task,
or that a task can get a value of 'null' in certain cases, and it's bug?
It took ~2 days for the topology to break last time I ran it. Since I've
restarted it, it's been running ok for about 3 days now.
So unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce it yet. If it's indeed a
race condition, it might be tricky to reproduce.
