Description:
Storm document readers can't jump from [the Storm Metrics
page|https://storm.apache.org/documentation/Metrics.html] to
[AssignableMetric.java|https://github.com/apache/storm/blob/master/storm-core/src/jvm/backtype/storm/metric/api/AssignableMetric.java]
because Metrics.md doesn't have a link to AssignableMetric.java.
