Pushed patch to my repo and building branch from Travis CI several times.
There's no storm-kafka tests fail anymore, but I've observed other tests
failing - drpc-auth-test.

It uses hardcoded timeout values which should be adjusted to higher, or
multiple of TEST-TIMEOUT-MS.
Since it is small thing, I'd like to address it together.
