Summary: Track and resolve any further random tests failure

Though we exclude storm-kafka build from Travis CI, we met some other random
test failures on storm-core.
We can try to track these and file to JIRA, and resolve them.
Maybe we don't want to close this issue cause we're modifying codes every time
and it could make strange random test failures so there's no finish line here.
