Summary: Topology level isolation between worker logs

Since workers can be reassigned to topologies, same worker log file contains
log of different topologies. It is difficult to extract the topology logs from
same worker file.
Instead for each topology, a directory should be created inside logs folder,
and its here, the worker logs of the topology should be written to.
