A set of metrics was added to profile various internal functions in Storm.
However, since we shade our packages, if a user wants to use a reporter plugin
to collect the metrics, the plugin might not work correctly. We need to figure
out if we want to support additional metrics reporters since currently using
JMX to collect the metrics is supported
