Sounds good, I am not hung up on the name though.

One thing to be aware of is that most of our tests are clojure tests currently
and not JUnit tests. So annotations are not really going to work for that. If
that is the best way to do this, then perhaps we should hold off on this part
until after the JStorm merger happens.
