STORM-1362 Travis should run at least the multilang-test using Python2 and 3
Here's how I was able to get the multilang-test to be run separately with
python3 in travis.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/ashnazg/storm python3
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/storm/pull/917.patch
