until now i can't solve my problem and no one could fix it . WHY ?!

i hav topology using drpc i seached really more about fixing it but what i
find posts without answers ! or one post only with answer that couldn't fix
my problem

org.zeromq.ZMQException: Address already in use(0x62)
         at org.zeromq.ZMQ$Socket.bind(Native Method)
         at zilch.mq$bind.invoke(mq.clj:69)
         at backtype.storm.messaging.zmq.ZMQContext.bind(zmq.clj:57)


i found that i need to downgrade version of zeromq from 2.1.7 to 2.1.4 and
it didn't help me

please , Can i find another solution ?
