Digging into the test failures on storm-cassandra, I saw license of
cassandra-unit is LGPL v3 by chance.

{quote} LGPL-licensed works must not be included in Apache Products {quote}
We should get rid of cassandra-unit for now. Maybe we will make great lack of
tests but license issue is more critical.
