[~Johnbaba] I gather from the discussion pdf that jstom has the option of 
running kafka spout on the same node as kafka partition. I had been thinking 
about data locality in storm and just came across this. How much performance 
improvement did you see? I would like to know how data locality actually helped 
in a production cluster.
