Now the link to
IsolationScheduler(org/apache/storm/scheduler/IsolationScheduler.java) is
unavailable.
This will be OK after JIRA STORM-1239 "port IsolationScheduler to java" is
merged.
BTW, STORM-1239 is about to be completed.
