STORM-1475: Add storm-elasticsearch2 module
This adds external/storm-elasticsearch2. es2 is basically a direct port of
the original module, but updated for ES 2.0.1 API changes as needed.
The EsIndexBolt also adds options around:
- tick tuples
- batch updates
-synchronous vs. asynchronous modes
Open to better ways to support ES1 and ES2 side by side.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
