My issue is with the above statement. Lets say you have 5 spout executors 
reading from 10 shards kinesis and if you add more 2 more shards it looks one 
need to rebalance just to get the new shard list.
In kafka we don't need to do that , new partitions will be assigned in 
round-robin fashion to existing tasks.
