Since we have possibility to write same data points in multiple times, it
might be helpful to mention `tsd.storage.fix_duplicates` for OpenTSDB 2.1.
It's on `Duplicate Data Points` sections from
http://opentsdb.net/docs/build/html/user_guide/writing.html
Or we can just mention that points are written at-least-once so users need
to take care of it.
