adjusted Flux documentation to show new flux-wrapper library
Two Flux-related documents are outdated. This PR introduces new
flux-wrappers library and fixes class names of `GenericShellSpout` and
`GenericShellBolt`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/slava92/storm master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/storm/pull/1554.patch
