Distribute Cache API (BlobStore) comes in Storm 1.0.0 but there's no support
for multi-lang.
It would be better to let multilang users enjoy the benefits together.
I just marked as 'Wish' since BlobStore implementation is fit for Java and it
would be not easy to cover with only improving multilang protocol. BlobStore
API exposes InputStream and OutputStream for downloading / creating & updating
the contents so we should deal with this for other languages in order to get
the feature.
